Water flow sensor is a kind of indispensable industrial
control products.In addition to water flow sensor,water level sensor,
rectifying sensor and so on, these sensors all make a contribution to industrial
control industry.They are different from tension controller,automatic tension
controller,NETS,rectifying device in usage and function.But they are all
indispensable in industrial control machine.
In recent
years,the practice of application shows that water flow sensor has such
features:simple structure, high reliability,wide measurement range and so on.So

work.
Water flow
sensor takes advantage of Hall effect of the Hall Component. to measure the
magnetic physical quantity.You can serial-in load resistance on positive pole
of Hall component and make the direction of current and field direction
quadrature with DC5V.
When the water
go through the turbo switch shell ,it will push the magnetic rotor rotate.and
generate rotating magnetic field of different magnetic pole,then cut magnetic
induction lines,at last generating high and low pulse level.Due to the output
pulse signal frequency of the Hall component is proportional to the speed of a
magnetic rotor,and the speed of a magnetic rotor is proportional to the water
flow rate.so according to the water flow rate,we can start gas water heater.The
empirical equation of pulse signal frequency is:f=8.1q-3(f : pulse signal frequency,Hz,q:water flow
rate,L/min)The feedback signal of water flow sensor indicate the value of water
flow rate by controller.According to different types of gas water heater,choose
the best start-up flow rate,can realize ultra low voltage start-up(below 0.02
MPa)
The industrial
control products including water flow sensor,water level sensor, rectifying
sensor,tension controller,NETS and so on, although are unknown to ordinary
people,but they serve us in our daily life and production all the time.
