The function of water flow switch |
|
|
Water flow switch is
used for electric water heater, solar water heater,air-conditioner and water
cycle control, water inlet and outlet control, water heating control, water pump
switch control, solenoid valve on-off control of other water system or the
process of water outlet outage, water outlet power on.It is a kind of sensors
which transfer to switching electrical signal when achieving certain water flow
rate.Water flow switch is made of magnetic core, reset spring, wrought brass,
polycarbonate shell and the sensor. The shell is made of H58 wrought brass or
polycarbonate.Magnetic core is made of nd-fe-b permanent magnet
material.Magnetic sensor switch is imported power components.Inlet side and
outlet-side interfaces are G1/2 standard pipe thread. The working principle
is:If the water flow rate is more than 0.75L/min,the magnetic core will have
displacement by the water flow, and drive magnetic source to fulfill magnetic
control function, then make the sensor output “I” switching signal which is
input to equipment control system, after power amplification,it will fulfill the
purpose of water flow control. If the water flow rate is less than 0.75L/min,the
magnetic core will drive nagnetic source return by thrust of the reset
spring, and the sensor will output “0” switching signal, then the system will
stop working.Water flow switch has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong
durability and so on.The real role of water flow switch is:
1.
To detect whether there are liquid flowing in
the pipeline or whether the water flow rate achieve the demand, meanwhile,
output on-off signal by switching contact.
2.
Equipment system judges the working status of
the pipeline system and responds with relevant solutions by detecting if there
are signals or controlling the current to go through the switch.
3.
For example, water flow switch is widely used
in water circulation network system of central air-conditioning, automatic
sprinkler system of fire extinguishing system, some kind of liquid cycle
cooling system line, to detect flows of the liquid.
